Due to the perishable nature of flowers and floral products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been submitted, prepared or delivered.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there is an issue with your order — such as damaged flowers upon arrival or significant deviation from what was ordered — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will gladly assess the situation and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
